I have the honour to be a member of the Ferenc Liszt Society in Budapest!
Liszt’s spirit flows through the entire museum and its instruments. Especially the Chickering grand of 1879! The silver stand is a gift from Liszt’s pupils.
Liszt’s generosity is an example followed by few maestri like Cyprien Katsaris and Martha Argerich.
I kindly recommend Alan Walker’s 3 volume biography “Franz Liszt”.
